   ~ The “Preferred” Wedding Video Package $1750 ~

1) Arrive at the ceremony location approximately two-hours prior to the ceremony and record many of the activities beforehand..

2) Record the ceremony with two HD video cameras (both in inconspicuous locations). Provide the groom or officiant with a wireless lapel-clip microphone for use during the ceremony.

3) Following the ceremony the wedding videographer at CWV will record the reception (shoot the traditional cake cutting, toasts, garter and/or bouquet tosses, people mingling and/or dancing, etc), and video the bride and groom departing. Up to 4-hours of reception coverage included.

4) Produce a professional opening and include on-screen credits at the end of the video listing wedding party members, etc. All of the previously mentioned video elements will then be edited, including the use of fades, dissolves and other transitions and/or special effects, into a finished product of approximately 90-minutes in length.

After the wedding video is edited (approx. 3 weeks), and after approval by the bride & groom, (3) Blu-Ray DVDs and (5) Standard resolution DVD copies of the final product will be delivered.

4) The BluRay discs and DVDs will be custom printed with a design consisting of still images from the wedding video.

5) CWV will also include a professionally produced wedding highlights video (approx 10min) to be placed on the CWV Facebook page (within 48-hrs) and website.

   ~ The “Everything” Wedding Video Package $2250 ~

               **Recording of the wedding rehearsal is included with this package.**

1) Arrive at the ceremony location approximately three-hours prior to the ceremony and record many of the activities beforehand. Video both the bride and groom in their preparation rooms, guests arriving, and any pre-ceremony still-photo sessions, etc.

2) Record the ceremony with two HD video cameras (both in inconspicuous locations). Provide the groom or officiant with a wireless lapel-clip microphone for use during the ceremony.

3) Following the ceremony the wedding videographer at CWV will record any additional still-photo session, attend the reception (video the traditional cake cutting, toasts, garter and/or bouquet tosses, people mingling and/or dancing, etc), and video the bride and groom departing. Up to 5-hours of reception coverage included.

4) Produce a professional opening and include on-screen credits at the end of the video listing wedding party members, etc. All of the previously mentioned video elements will then be edited, including the use of fades, dissolves and other transitions and/or special effects, into a finished product of approximately 2-hours in length. After the video is edited (3-4 weeks), and after finished product approval by the bride & groom, (10) Blu-Ray discs and (10) Standard resolution DVD copies of the final product will be delivered. The newlyweds will also receive one DVD copy of all “raw”, un-edited video from their wedding day.

5) The BluRay discs and DVDs will be custom printed with a design consisting of still images from the wedding video.

6) CWV will also include a professionally produced wedding highlights video (10-20min) to be placed on the CWV Facebook page (within 48-hrs) and website. The newlyweds are also free to place this highlights video elsewhere on the internet at their discretion.

7) CWV will provide up to 100 high-resolution still image files taken from the 1920x1080p HD video. (CWV’s high quality images files serve well to compliment your primary wedding day still images). The newlyweds may reproduce, print, or make these images viewable on the internet as they wish.  CWV will also use these images to construct a photo album on our Facebook page.

8) CWV will grant the newlyweds with copyright privileges to reproduce all video and still image material.
